Shipping policy

At Ren Crafts, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our valued customers. Based on the information provided in our Terms and Conditions, we have developed the following Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time: Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to be processed. Our products are meticulously handmade, ensuring the highest quality, but requiring adequate time for creation.

  2. Delivery Method: We offer reliable shipping services to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Our dedicated delivery partners will handle your package with care and deliver it securely to your doorstep.

  3. Timely Delivery: To ensure a smooth and timely delivery process, we kindly request that you keep your phone active and be available to receive any related calls. If you are unable to personally receive the package, please arrange for a trusted individual to accept it on your behalf.

  4. Address Accuracy: To avoid any potential delivery complications, it is essential to provide accurate address and contact details during the ordering process. Double-checking the information you provide will help us ensure a successful delivery.

  5. Non-Delivery Concerns: If, for any reason, you have not received your order within a week from the expected delivery date, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be canceled once placed. In the event of a cancellation, customers may be responsible for covering the associated delivery charges. Failure to fulfill this obligation may result in the disclosure of account details on our story.

Prior to dispatching your order, we will notify you, allowing you to prepare for its arrival. Our goal is to provide you with a pleasant and worry-free shopping experience.

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding our Shipping Policy, please reach out to our dedicated customer support team. We appreciate your support and wish you a delightful shopping experience with Ren Crafts.

Sincerely, Ren Crafts Team
